房屋隔热措施投资收益的数学建模

摘    要:在建立房屋墙、窗一维线性热传导数学模型的基础上,对填充隔热墙和双层窗的经济效益、投资风险进行了分析。由于我国大部分建筑的保温隔热性能差,门窗的空气密闭性差,导致我国的单位建筑面积能耗约为同纬度气候相近国家的2到3倍左右,而且舒适性较差,所以促进建筑技术的进步和建筑节能产业的发展势在必行。
