| 摘 要： | 刑事强制措施是一种非常重要的制度,它不仅关系到刑事诉讼活动的顺利进行,而且对刑事诉讼中的人权保障有极其重要的影响.基于国家追诉的需要,追诉机关采取各种强制措施来保障自己司法功能的实现.强制措施的适用涉及公民人身自由权、财产权、隐私权等等,因此必须给予积极的救济.
