| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述、调查访问、数理统计等方法对四川省成都市乡镇体育人力资源现状进行了调查研究.结果显示:乡镇体育人口少,乡镇体育工作重视不够,认识不足;体育场地设施严重匮乏;体育经费投入不足等是其现状,并提出乡镇体育人力资源发展新的思路和对策.

| Abstract: | This paper,using the documentation method,questionnaires method,statistical analysis method,consultation method and inductive reasoning method,makes a survey of sports human resource in towns and villages of Chengdu city.The results are as follows: lack of people in sports;ignored sports work;inadequate infrastructure of sports ground and not enough sports funds.According to present situation,the authors put forward a new thinking and measure to develop human resource in township. |
