纳米氮化硅粉体的表面改性研究

摘    要:本研究采用聚乙二醇(PEG1000)作为表面改性剂对纳米氮化硅进行表面改性处理.通过测定氮化硅在丙酮中的悬浮层体积和悬浮液的透射电镜(TEM)分析来表征其分散性.用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析、比表面积测定及透射电镜等探测纳米Si3N4粉体的表面改性效果.结果表明:PEG的添加量为Si3N4的5wt%,Si3N4的改性效果最佳.

Abstract:Nano-Si3N4 was modified by PEG1000 as surface modifier in this study.The nano-Si3N4 dispersibility in acetone was characterized by the volume of suspending layer and TEM.The modifying effect was characterized by FTIR,TEM analysis and specific area measurement.The results indicated that interaction between Si3N4 and PEG had occurred and the best dispersing effect could be obtained when the ratio of PEG to Si3N4 was 5 wt%.
