摘    要:以云南某铜矿拟建中线法尾矿坝为研究对象,对底流、溢流2种尾矿砂进行了物理力学特性试验,获得了其物理力学指标并应用于尾矿坝数值分析。得到了尾矿坝的应力变形特性,不同堆积高程、不同工况下尾矿坝的安全稳定性。结果表明,底流、溢流2种尾矿砂无明显剪胀;坝体内以压应力为主;高堆积高程,地震荷载作用下坝体稳定安全储备不足;浸润线降低明显提高坝体稳定性。分析结果可为尾矿坝设计提供参考。

Abstract:This paper examines an ongoing designed copper mine tailings pond. A large number of physical and mechanical experiments for underflow and overflow tailing sands are conducted and physical and mechanical parameters are obtained. Numerical simulation is carried out. It analyzes the stress and deformation properties of the tailing dam, and stability at different deposit elevations and different operation conditions. Results show that the dilatancy of both underflow and overflow tailing sands is not apparent. Compressive stress is commonly present inside tailing dam. Stability safety factor of dam at higher deposit elevation conditions under seismic load just equal to the minimum standard requirements. The decrease of infiltration line has significant effects on dam stability. The results of this paper can provide a scientific basis for tailing dam design, construction and safely operation.
