ERP实施绩效的模糊综合评价研究

摘    要:运用平衡计分法的思想,从项目进程、系统应用、系统收益、巩固支持4个方面来评价企业实施ERP系统的效果,建立了评价指标,并运用模糊综合评价方法对YT公司的ERP实施效果进行评价,分析了评价结果,给出了进一步的建议.

Abstract:Based on the thought of BSC(balanced scorecard),this paper makes an evaluation on enterprise's ERP implement effects from the four aspects of the project process,system application,system benefits and continuous support,sets up the evaluation indexes,and evaluates the results of YT Company's implementing ERP by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,analyzes the evaluation results,and puts forward some further suggestions.
