我国企业股权结构的治理

分析了我国股权结构的特点以及我国现有股权结构存在的问题，提出了对我国股权结构进行治理的思路，包括解决非流通股的流通问题，做好国有股减持工作，提高外部投资者的持股比例，做好新上市公司的股权结构安排，确立相对优化的资本结构等。

The Improvement of the Stock Equity Structure of Chinese Enterprises

This paper analyzes on the features of our country's stock equity structure and the problems existing in our country's existing stock equity stru cture, and puts forward some ideas of improving our country's stock equity struc ture, which include solving the circulation of the non-floating stock, doing wel l the reduction of state share, increasing the proportion of external investors' stock, arranging well the stock equity structure of the newly listed companies, and establishing the relatively optimized capital structure, etc.
