大学英语教师的自主性分析

摘    要:自主性问题一直是外语教学的热门话题,教师自主和学生自主能否实现是关系到我国大学英语教学改革成功与否的关键因素之一。本文通过分析当前大学英语教育的现状,指出学生自主很大程度上取决于教师自主,教师在英语教学中扮演着传授者、组织者、启发者、合作者的角色。

Abstract:The issue of autonomy has been a hot topic in foreign language teaching, whether the teachers' and students' autonomy can be achieved or not is a key factor which is related to the college English teaching reform's success. By analyzing the present situation of the college English education, this paper pointed that, to a large extent, students' autonomy depends on the teachers' autonomy, teachers acted as the spreader of the knowledge ,organizer of the task ,inspirer of the class teaching ,cooperator of the communicative actions in English teaching.
