摘    要:在常规电渣焊的基础上进行振动调制电渣焊试验.试验结果发现,该工艺可以大幅度提高高炉厚板焊接接头的侧弯性能和热影响区的冲击韧性值,但是焊缝的冲击韧性值却有所降低.通过相关性分析后发现:冲击韧性值与振动位移幅度的大小相关,合适的振动参数可以得到最佳的接头性能;增加振动输入的能量有利于残余应力的降低.

Abstract:Based on the routine electro-slag weld, the vibratory weld conditioning process can improve the side bend properties and the impact toughness of HAZ of the steel used for blast furnace greatly. However, the impact toughness of weld descends a little. Through correlative analysis, it is shown that the values of impact toughness are correlative to the vibratory amplitude, and proper vibratory parameters are benefit to the best welded joint properties; adding the vibratory inputting energy is benefit for the debasement of residual stress.
