水基喷墨打印墨水性能研究

摘    要:文中用适宜的水溶性树脂和分散剂很好的解决了颜料在水性介质中的分散稳定性,且墨水的耐水性、耐碱性、光密度等各项指标均与进口打印墨水相近。当以碳黑为着色剂制备黑色打印墨水时,丙烯酸树脂质量分数为4%,阴离子型分散剂亚甲基二萘磺酸钠质量分数为5%,制得的打印墨水各项性能均接近进口墨水.

Abstract:Pigments are usually used as colorant in an aqueous ink jet ink. It is quite difficult to solve the pigment suspension problem in an aqueous vehicle while pigment is applied. In this paper, a kind of modified polyacrylate resin was used and several dispersants were selected in order to improve the suspension ability of carbon black colorant in the ink. The experiment results show that when the contents of carbon black, modified polyacrylate resin and FCNNO are 8%, 4% and 5%, respectively, the performance of the ink jet ink is very satisfying and reaches all the standards of the imported one.
