摘    要:基于对企业价值创造发展趋势的把握,从战略的层面来思考和定位绩效管理,提出基于职位族平台建设战略绩效管理体系。该体系从战略的层面、企业价值创造的多个视角进行系统思考,将绩效管理定位为企业的战略实施体系,提出了一套从战略分析、策略目标制定、价值驱动因素分析到关键绩效指标体系建立的操作方案。

Abstract:Based on to the enterprise value creation development tendency,from the strategic stratification plane pondered and the localization performance management,proposes based on the position race platform construction strategy achievements management system.Reflecting on many perspectives such as strategic aspect and the creation of enterprise's value,the paper defines the achievements management as enterprise's strategic implementation system and offers a set of practical programs to analyse the construction of the key achievements target system from the factors of strategic analysis,strategic target and value actuation.
