隐性知识与高职教育的关系探讨

摘    要:知识观制约着教育观念和实践,显性与隐性知识观的提出必然对教育产生重要影响。传统教育观主要是基于显性知识论建立的,不适合高职教育的自身特点。通过对高职教育类型、教学方法、人才培养模式的分析,可以发现隐性知识观与高职教育内涵更为契合。

Abstract:Since the concept of knowledge constrain educational concepts and its practice,the proposed concept of explicit and tacit knowledge is bound to have a major impact on education. Traditional education is based mainly on the establishment of explicit knowledge, and not suitable for the development of the higher vocational education.Through analyzing the types, teaching methods and personneltraining mode of higher vocational education, one can find out that the concept of tacit knowledge is more compatible with the higher vocational education than explicit knowledge.
