摘    要:采用不同浓度的PP333溶液对苦荞进行浸种处理,通过盆栽试验研究PP333对苦荞苗高、茎粗、主茎分枝数的影响。结果表明,PP333浸种对苦荞的苗高、茎粗都有抑制作用,对主茎分枝数有促进作用,在处理浓度范围内对苗高的矮化率在32.6%~50.1%,对茎粗的增粗幅度在11.7%~21.8%。

Abstract:Different concentrations of PP333 solution have been used to soak buckwheat seeds. The effects of PP333 on buckwheat height, diameter, and the main stem branches have been studied through pot experiment. The results show that PP333 seed soaking has inhibited buckwheat height and diameter, but has promoted the branches of main stem; within the range of concentration, it dwarves height at the rate of 32.6 percent to 50.1 percent, and its enlargement range to the stem is from 11.7 percent to 21.8 percent.
