| 摘 要： | 隧道工程施工过程中,成本控制的一个有效途径是最大限度地减少工程施工中人工和材料的浪费。通过工费的承包,刺激单位劳动力的生产能力,发掘工人的积极性,可以有效地减少窝工、浪费工时;通过采取措施,使材料的采购、使用、废料处理过程成为一个闭环,有效做到材料的成本节约,从而确保隧道工程的利润。

| Abstract: | One of the effective ways of the cost control in tunnel construction is to minimize the waste of labor and material.Cost contracts can stimulate the productivity of labor forces,explore workers' motivation and effectively reduce the idling of workers;measures are taken to get a closed-loop of buying,using and waste treatment of materials and effectively control the cost so as to guarantee the profit. |
