摘    要:以TH-l型码垛机械手为研究对象,提出了一种选择驱动元件的新方法.该方法将动态载荷计算结果作为选型的主要依据,通过对TH-l型码垛机械手进行动态载荷分析与计算,给出了将动态载荷作为主要选型依据的证明,并据此选择了驱动汽缸型号.应用实例表明,考虑动态载荷选择的驱动元件实现了码垛机械手的工作性能.

Abstract:A new method for selecting actuators is presented for the TH-1 palletizing manipulator developed by authors, dynamic loads being its main consideration. The dynamic loads of manipulator are analyzed and calculated systemically, and an important conclusion is obtained that actuators should be selected mainly according to its dynamic loads, as have been proved in practice.
