开封发展出口贸易存在的问题及解决途径

近年来，开封出口创汇继续保持较高增长，主要出口市场相对稳定，出口贸易规模不断扩大，对拉动开封经济的增长发挥了积极作用。但是，在我国入世的新环境下，受自身所处区位、经济发展水平、产业结构等多方面因素的影响，开封市与沿海开放城市相比，还存在着出口市场相对集中、出口产品结构层次较低、出口企业经营规模小、经济外向度低等突出问题。对此，应加快产业和产品结构调整，继续实施市场多元化战略，建立外贸出口发展基金和出口奖励制度，加强适应市场竞争需要的高素质外贸人才队伍建设。

The Problems in the Development of KaiFeng''''s Export Trade and Their Solutions

In recent years, the foreign exchange earnings in export in KaiFeng are on the continual increase. The comparatively stable export markets and the increasingly large scale of export trade play a positive role in stimulating the development of KaiFeng's economy. However, under the new situations of China's WTO membership and the limitation of its own location, economic development level and industry structure, compared with the coastal opening cities, there still exist some conspicuous problems, such as, the comparatively intensive export markets, the low level of export commodities, the small size of export enterprises and the low outgoing degree of its economy. Therefore ,the author puts forward some solutions for these problems, such as, accelerating the adjustment of the structure of industry and commodity, continuing the implementation of polymarlcet strategy , establishing foreign trade development fund and export encouragement system, enhancing the construction of foreign trade professionals who are of high quality and suit the need of market competition.
