浙江企业遭遇“337”调查原因及措施

入世以来，浙江对美贸易迅速增长，出口产品的技术含量越来越高，对美国国内厂家造成一定威胁，因此美国企业频繁利用“337”条款投诉浙江出口企业，以期阻挡浙江产品的进口，浙江向美出口的电池、制笔、化工等产品都遭遇过美国国际贸易委员会基于“337”条款发起的调查，贸易利益严重受损。因此，通过对浙江企业遭遇“337”条款原因的深入探讨，笔者希望能为浙江企业走向国际市场、建立自主知识产权制度提供一些启发和参考。

Research on the Reasons Why Zhejiang's Enterprises Suffer from American "337"Prosecution

Since the access of WTO, exports of Zhejiang province to America have been increased rapidly, which is regarded as enormous threat to American counterparts. Americans repeatedly take the ＂Section 337 ＂to prevent the goods from Zhejiang province Particularly, Batteries, pencil and chemical products have been received ＂section 337 ＂investigation initiated by the U.S International Trade Commission, causing great loss of Zhejiang enterprises in the trade. Therefore, this paper focuses on the reasons why the Zhejiang enterprises encounter the ＂Section 337 ＂and attempts to help Zhejiang entrepreneurs find smooth ways to stride into international markets.
