| 摘 要： | 编辑初审是学术期刊三审制中的一个重要环节,当前的编辑初审仍存在过度依赖专家或完全脱离专家的问题。为此,提出了稿件初审评价的指标体系,构建了多目标系统模糊优选模型,并对稿件进行了评价和选择;为向稿件作者反馈重点修改建议或退稿缘由提供科学的依据。

| Abstract: | Editors' evaluation is an important part of the three stage evaluation system for submitted papers.At present one may find two extreme tendencies:editors' evaluation is totally based on experts' advice or totally ignores experts' advice.An index based system for editors' evaluation is put forward in this paper,and a fuzzy selection model for a multi-objective decision-making system is established to evaluate the quality of submitted academic papers.This new method is found effective in practical applications. |
