| 摘 要： | 国家科技基础条件平台是国家创新体系的重要组成部分和重要支撑条件。利用系统论的方法分析了我国科技基础条件资源共享系统的要素及特性,提出了科技基础条件资源共享系统的结构,在此基础上探讨了共享系统的功能、外部依存环境及相互作用关系。

| Abstract: | The Science and Technology Infrastructure Sharing System is an important component and supportive element of the Chinese National Innovation System. This article analyzes elements and features of the Chinese National Infrastructure Sharing System using the system theory, also discusses the infrastructure sharing system with respect to its basis function, external dependent environment and reciprocity relations. |
