高职生技能培养目标及保障措施探析

本文主要从高职教育所能提供的实训时间和我国技术工人队伍构成两方面着手，论证了高职毕业生达到获得中级技工职业资格证书水平的现实性；同时，通过对我国和德国工业现状进行分析对比，并结合我国目前高职教育表率学校的实训方式，指出高职生基本操作技能的训练应以校内完成为主。本文学就当前条件下如何保证学生的基本技能训练提出了一些建议。

The Exploration and Analysis of the Aim of Technique Training and Its Guarantee Measures for Higher Vocational Students

The demonstration of this article is mainly based on the practice time offered by higher vocational education and the composition of mechanics in china.The article demonstates that it is realistic for the graduates of higher vocational colleges to get to the level of obtaining the Intermediate Mechanic vocation Certificate.At the same time,according to the analysis and comparison of the industries and enterprises both in china and Germany,and the observation of the present practice methods in model higher vocational colleges in china,the article points out that the training of basic techniques of higher vocational college students should be mainly done on campus.Meanwhile,the article gives some suggestions about how to guarantee the training of basic techniques under present conditions.
