| Abstract: | Faced with the situation of binding with the world after entering the WTO, the space for the development and innovation of the private owned medium and small sized enterprises becomes even more spacious.Within the frame of the rules of WTO, these enterprises must raise reliability and trustworthiness with the open door policy,and seek greater development in accordance with the golbal strategy. |
