组织中最优性别比例模型研究

摘    要:二十年来 ,随着国际经济的发展 ,妇女参与率的提高 ,全世界各个国家的女性在组织中 ,特别是在管理层中的比例增长了近一倍 .对组织来说 ,合理的性别比例就成为组织关注的问题之一 .用信息经济学的方法 ,建立了一个考虑组织综合收益与成本的委托代理模型 ,模型的分析结果说明了组织中两性最优比例大约是女性占 30 %左右 ,并给出了模型实际意义.
