含水超稠油管输流动特性实验研究

摘    要:针对辽河油田超稠油的管道输送问题,基于流体力学理论,建立了合理的含水超稠油流变特性物理评价模型。在模拟实际生产条件下,利用所建物理模型对辽河油田杜229生产区块含水超稠油的流动特性进行了实验研究,分析了温度、含水率、流量对超稠油流变性的影响,确定了不同温度和含水率条件下含水超稠油的流变特征。结果表明,含水超稠油的流变模式呈假塑性流体特征。温度和含水率对含水超稠油的流动特性均有明显的影响,温度升高,视粘度下降。含水超稠油的表观粘度随含水率的变化存在一个使粘度发生反转的临界值,临界含水率在50%左右。随流量增加,含水超稠油的表观粘度呈降低趋势,同时流量影响管径选择和输送距离等管输参数。该研究结果为实现超稠油集输和管网合理设计提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:A physical model for rheological property of water-bearing super heavy oil was established using hydromechanics theory. The flowing characteristics of water-bearing super heavy oil in Du229 block of Liaohe Oilfield were studied by this model. The impacts of temperature, water cut and flow rate on rheological property of super heavy oil were analyzed and the rheoloical property was determined under different temperature and water cut. The results indicate that water-bearing super heavy oil shows features of pseudoplasticity fluid. Both temperature and water cut have notable impacts on flowing characteristics of the oil. When the temperature increases, the apparent viscosity will decrease. There is a reversal point of the viscosity when changing water cut, which is a critical water cut, about fifty percent. As the flow rate increases, the apparent viscosity decreases. Meanwhile, the flow rate of water|bearing super heavy oil influences the pipeline parameters, such as the choice of pipe diameter and distance.
