匈牙利田鼠视交叉上核的研究

摘    要:哺乳动物下丘脑的视交叉上核控制着多种生理节奏的发生,田鼠是一种营地下生活的独特的啮齿动物,用免疫组织化学,辣根过氧化物酶法和Nissle染色法做了其SCN形态上的一些研究。

Abstract:The suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) in the hypothalamus controls many aspects of circadian rhythms in mammalian animals. Field voles are subterranean rodents that normally live underground. A morphologic study of the Hungary field vole's SCN with immunohistochemical methods and Nissl preparation was done, and the retino-SCN projection was also studied with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) method. Our results were as follows : (1) The SCN in the field vole receives retina inputs, and controls circadian rhythms; (2) VIP-neurons have close relation with light and dark circadian rhythms; (3) Fos-positive nuerons may play a role in the regulation of circadian rhythms; (4) It is possible that the Fos-expressive neuron and VIP-containing neuron might be the same; (5) There may be something different in the SCN mechanisms between the Hungary field vole and other rodents.
