| 摘 要： | ＣＸＣＲ４是嗜Ｔ型ＨＩＶ－１的一个共受体，基质细胞衍生因子是ＣＸＲ４的配体。国外最新报道ＳＤＦ１基因３’非编码区８０１位Ｇ→Ａ的多态与推迟爱滋病的发生相关。

| Abstract: | Stromal derived factor, SDF-1, is the principal ligand for CXCR4, a co-receptor with CD4 for T-tropic HIV-1. According to the latest report from abroad, a common polymorphism, SDF1-3'A was identified in the 3' untranslated region. In the homozygous sate,SDF1-3'A/3'A delays the onset of AIDS. We applied the PCR-RFLP method on a Chinese random population of 1 000 to detect their genotypes on the SDF1-3'A site. We obtained the distribution frequencies of SDF1-3'A in the Chinese population and observed an obvious diversity of the frequencies from the south to the north. It will be served as a general background for the following HIV research work. |
