| 摘 要： | 为了实现S5 PLC与S7-400 PLC之间稳定可靠的点对点通讯连接,在新老设备之间采用直接连接没有达到生产要求,而且通过排除法、替换法没有找到有效的解决办法的情况下,采用了第三方多协议网关通讯设备,在新老设备之间建立了间接的基于多协议网关的连接.实现了西门子S5 PLC与S7-PLC之间基于RK512协议的串行通讯,不仅达到了生产要求而且实现了生产管理系统的平滑升级.由此可见对于设备之间由于不明原因或者兼容性引起的通讯问题可以通过采用第三方设备来快速解决.
