环腺苷—3’,5’—磷酸(cAMP)合成方法的改进及反应机理初探

摘    要:近三十年来,国内外学者从不同的原料出发,采用不同方法对cAMP的合成做过大量的研究。有人对此曾做过综述、比较,并对某些方法进行了改良。但化学合成法在传统上多采用吡啶做溶剂,且用量大,在生产中严重地危害了工人的健康并造成环境污染。本文以改变溶剂系统着眼,用5′—AMP为起始原料,重点探索另外一条合成路线实现的可能性和优越性,并对该路线的反应机理进行了初步探讨。


Improvement of the Synthetic Method for Adenosine-3', 5'-cyclic Phosphate (cAMP) and Preliminary Discussion of Reaction Mechanism
Abstract:In the recent thirty years, many foreign authors have carried out the synthesis of adenosine-3', 5'-cyelic phosphate ( cAMP ) with different chemicals and by different ways, Reviews and comparisons on this subject have reported in the literature by some authors and modificat'on to the method was also improvement. Pyridine has traditionally be'en used as a solvent in the synthesis of cAMP for years. Pyridine has been known as a toxic substance to the workers in the production, particularly great amount was used making source environmental pollution. In this paper in the light of changing the solvent, we started with 5'-AMP for the synthesis of cAMP to investigate and evaluate the possibility and advantages over the traditional pathway. Mechanisms for this process is preliminary discussed,
