| 摘 要： | 为加快民族地区的发展，充分合理地开发宝贵的自然资源，我们进行了该项目的研究。就这方面的管理信息化建设问题，进行了一些理论上的研究，并提出了一些具体的问题与解决方法。主要涉及了民族地区信息化现状，系统架构的选择，网络与安全技术，服务器与数据库系统，并简要介绍了系统开发设计的一些关键技术。

| Abstract: | The aim of our research is to quicken the development of the nationalities regions and reasonable exploitation of the precious nature resources there. This article carries through some theoretical researches in the development of management information, and brings up some resolving methods to them. It primarily involves the present condition of the nationalities regions, the choice of system structure, the technique of network security and the system of server and database. At same time, it introduces some pivotal techniques of the system design. |
