摘    要:研究防微波织物中金属纤维的嵌织方式对其防微波性能的影响规律.设计并织造了嵌织不锈钢长丝棉织物,测试了不锈钢长丝嵌入密度及电磁波入射角度对织物屏蔽效能的影响.测试结果表明,织物屏蔽效能随着不锈钢长丝嵌入密度的增大而增大,在达到最大值后基本稳定;电磁场透过强度随着电磁波入射角度的变化基本上呈余弦平方曲线;织物经纬双向嵌入不锈钢长丝能够大幅度减小屏蔽效能随电磁波入射角度的波动,更能达到理想的屏蔽效果.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the way that metal fibers embedded on the anti-microwave performance of fabric, the cotton fabric embedding stainless steel filament is designed and weaved. The embedding density and the incident angel of microwave impact the effect of shielding efficiency are tested and analyzed. The test results show that shielding efficiency increases with the increase of embedding density of stainless steel filament, alters little after it reaches the maximum; the relationship between microwave transmittance and incident angel shows a approximate curve of cosine square; more ideal shielding effect can be achieved if fabric bidirectionally embedded stainless steel filament, which will greatly reduce the fluctuation of shielding efficiency while the incident angel changed.
