摘    要:针对传统棉织物前处理工艺流程长,能耗高,用工多等问题,采用碱堆置加退煮漂汽蒸一浴工艺对棉织物进行前处理,并对煮练后的半制品进行性能测试.结果表明,碱液中氢氧化钠5g/L、煮练液中高效短流程精练剂30g/L、过氧化氢8g/L、pH10.9,煮练后半制品毛效10cm/30min、白度82%、强力623N、棉籽壳0个,能满足后续染整加工要求.解决了生产中出现的粘辊及产品中出现的蜡条、破洞和色深等问题.

Abstract:The traditional cotton fabric pre-treatment has long process, high energy consumption and employment issues, to solve these issues, desizing scouring and bleaching one-both pretreatment of cotton fabric were carried out,and the performance of semi-finished products after scouring was tested. The results showed that sodium hydroxide 5g/L, highly efficient shortened scouring agent 30g/L, hydrogen peroxide 8g/L, pH 10. 9, scouring fabric capillary efficiency 10cm/30min, whiteness 82 %, strength 623N. cotton seeds 0. And the solutions for common adhesive, waxes, hole and colour dark were advanced.
