空气轴承的弹性均压槽力学性能分析与测试

摘    要:该文设计了一种新型空气轴承.建立了弹性环形薄板的有限差分数值计算模型.设计了含有均压槽气体润滑轴承的计算模型和弹性环形薄板的有限差分数值计算模型的耦合计算过程.探索了用多重网格法求解四阶偏微分方程(弹性薄板变形控制方程)的迭代过程,取得成功.对新型气体静压推力轴承的环形弹性均压槽弹性变形的检测结果表明:均压槽的宽度、深度都能随设计压力的改变产生满足控制要求的尺度变化,表明这种结构的设计、制造和检测都是成功的.

Abstract:A method of designing a new bearing system is presented.The finite difference computation model of the elastic membrane is established.The coupling computation process is designed for the computation model of the aerostatic bearing with pressure groove and the finite difference computation model of the elastic membrane.The iterative process to solve the fourth-order partial differential equations(elastic membrane deformed governing equation) is explored successfully with the multi-grid method.The experimental results show: The width and depth of annular membrane of the bearing changes with the designed air pressure to meet the control requirements.The results indicate that the design,machining and test of the new structure are satisfactory and successful.
