摘    要:采用0.2 mol/L和1.0 mol/L的HCl以及0.2 mol/L和1.0 mol/L的NaOH、铁盐和铝盐,分别对陶粒进行改性,将未处理陶粒和改性陶粒分别在30℃、60 r/min条件下吸附恶臭假单胞菌,通过测定不同时间上清液OD600值来比较它们的吸附效果,并用扫描电镜对吸附效果进行观察.结果表明:低浓度酸处...

Abstract:By acid treatment,aluminum-iron salt processing and handling of modified ceramic,under the conditions of 30 ℃ and 60 r/min,using untreated ceramic and three kinds of modified ceramic to adsorb the Pseudomonas putida and compare their adsorption.Then using a scanning electron microscope to observe the adsorption effect.The results showed that:four kinds of different treated ceramic had good adsorption capacity,and their adsorption rate increased with time,after 3.5 hours their absorption rates were 27.70%,34.84%,36.83% and 31.69%,respectively,which iron film ceramic absorption was the best.The observation of scanning electron microscopy was consistent with the adsorption effects.Adsorbing the microbes on the ceramic in wastewater treatment,can combine their strengths,and ceramic can be recycled.It can provide an intuitive basis for studying the role and effect of the modified ceramic immobilized microorganisms in wastewater treatment.
