润滑油边界膜临界温度性能评价方法的研究

摘    要:分析了润滑油边界润滑的失效机理;提出了采用临界温度作为润滑油边界润滑性能评价指标的新思想,开展了边界润滑膜临界温度试验机和试验方法的研究。通过在不同温度点上对润滑油进行摩擦学试验来评价润滑油边界膜的温度特性;试验结果表明:采用临界温度试验方法对于各种润滑油的边界润滑性能有好的分辨性,试验结果与实际结果之间有好的一至性;在评价润滑油添加剂的作用效果时,临界温度法能够清晰地反出添加剂发生作用的温度区间、以及添加剂的协同作用规律;因此,对于评价润滑油的边界润滑性能,临界温度法比临界载荷和临界速度法更合理和更具优越性;此项研究的推广和使用对于润滑油和添加剂的研制与开发,具有重要的实际意义。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the invalidated mechanism of boundary lubricating;puts forward a new idea which adopts critical temperature as criterion of boundary lubricating capability of lubricating oil; carries out the research on tester and test method on boundary lubricating film critical temperature. The method appraises the temperature characteristic of boundary film of lubricating oil through tribological tests at different temperature points. The results show that the test method of critical temperature has a good distinguish ability to the property of various lubricating oil. Test results is consistent with practical results; when evaluating the effect of lubricating additives, critical temperature method can reflect the temperature region in which additives do action; and the influence rule of additives cooperate with each other. So that, to appraise the boundary lubricating capability of lubricate, critical temperature method is more reasonable and has more advantages. Popularizing and using such research have important meaning to the researching and development of lubricating oil and additives.
