圆螺纹套管接头上扣与滑脱的数值模拟

摘    要:用有限元程序ADINA对圆螺纹套管接头的滑脱机理进行了研究。利用位移约束方程处理过盈量和接触条件,通过接触试探和弹塑性平衡迭代,考察了圆螺纹套管接头在上扣时以及拉伸载荷作用下的力学特性,提出了接头滑脱判据,确定了滑脱载荷。该研究结果有助于工程技术人员在进行套管柱设计时合理选用套管接头。

Abstract:The mechanism of jump out of threaded casing connection is researched by using a finite element analysis program (ADINA). Displacement constraint functions are applied to describe the magnitude of overlapping and contact condition. Probing contact condition and elasto plastic equilibrium iterations are adopted in studying the mechanical property of threaded casing connection in screw on and jump out respectively. The jump out criterion and maximum jump out load are given. The conclusions are available for engineering design of casing connection.
