银杏叶软胶囊对运动能力及抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:随机挑选20名男性中长跑运动员为实验对象,实验组服用银杏叶软胶囊2周,每天早晨2粒.2周后观察银杏叶软胶囊对安静状态抗氧化能力的影响及递增负荷运动中对抗氧化及运动能力的影响.结果显示,实验组服用银杏叶软胶囊后,安静状态时与对照组相比,其抗氧化能力无明显改变;而在运动过程中可延长运动时间、降低主观用力感觉等级表(RPE)(P<0.01及P<0.05);并可显著提高抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px的活性、降低MDA的水平(P<0.05).本实验结果提示,服用银杏叶软胶囊可以提高运动过程中机体的抗氧化能力,并可延缓运动性疲劳的产生.

Abstract:The aim of the study is to observe the effects of soft capsules of ginkgo biloba on the antiox- idation and exercise capacity. 20 students were randomly divided into experimental and control group, the experimental group took soft capsules of Ginkgo biloba for 2 weeks, 5 g a day(2.5 g twice at morning and evening) . After 14 days, we observed the effect of soft capsules of Ginkgo biloba on the antioxidation at resting state, and the effect of soft capsules of Ginkgo biloba on the antixoidation and exercise capacity during exercise. The results showed that there are no difference of antioxidation after taking soft capsules of Ginkgo biloba compared with the control group at resting state. The exercise lasting time in experimental group was longer (P〈0.01), the degree of RPE was lower(P〈 0.05), and the level of SOD.GSH-Px were higher (P〈0.05) and MDA was lower(P〈0.05) after taking soft capsules of Ginkgo biloba compare with the control group. The results hint that soft capsules of Ginkgo biloba could enhance the ability of antioxidation and delay the coming of fatigue during the exercise proceeding.
