| 摘 要： | 对一类具有时滞的比率依赖种群模型特征方程特征根的分布情况进行了讨论，给出了分支临界点的具体表达式，并对产生Hopf—Fold分支的条件进行了详细的分析．

| Abstract: | We analyze the distribution of the roots of the associated characteristic equation for the linearized system at the coexisting equilibrium in a population model. The result indicates that the reexists a Fold - Hopf bifurcation point in the model. A group of conditions of existence of Hopf - Fold bifurcation were obtained. |
