城镇化进程中的城乡体育协调发展研究

我国的国情决定了城镇化还要走很长的路.城镇化进程中必须统筹城乡规划、统筹城乡基础设施建设、统筹城乡社会事业发展.体育作为社会事业的重要组成部分,是社会发展与文明进步的一个标志,对提高全民族身体素质,具有重要地位和作用,在城镇化进程中城乡体育必须协调发展.据此提出:建立覆盖农村的各级政府体育财政制度;优先发展农村体育服务业;加快农村学校体育发展步伐,扩大其对农村体育的辐射作用;开发农村体育人力资源;广泛开展农村体育科学普及工作;建立健全农村体育组织,提高农村体育的组织化程度;加强城乡体育交流,实现城乡体育等值化;实施城市反哺农村体育制度.

Study on the coordinated development of urban and rural sports in the process of urbanization

It will be along way of urbanization to go in our country, decided by our national condition. In the process of urbanization, we must balance urban and rural planning, urban and rural infrastructure construction, urban and rural development of social undertakings. Sports as an important part of social undertakings, it is a sign of social development and civilization progress. To enhance the whole nation fitness, sports have the important status and role. In the process of urbanization, we must coordinate the development of urban and rural sports. The paper proposes the development strategies, which include establishing sports finance system to cover rural areas in all levels government; giving priority to the development of rural sports service industry ; speeding up the pace of development of rural school sports, and expanding its radiation effects on the rural sports ; exploiting rural sports human resources ; launching extensively rural sports science popularization; establishing and improving the rural sports organization, and enhancing the rural sports organization degree; strengthening urban and rural sports exchanges, and realizing urban and rural sports equating ; implementing urban sports feedback rural sports system.
