| 摘 要： | 癫痫动物模型种类繁多,有电刺激点燃模型,化学点燃模型和遗传癫痫模型等多种癫痫模型,大部分可以制备为难治性癫痫模型,对难治性癫痫的研究和治疗药物筛选提供了有力工具;现对不同癫痫模型的制作方法、症状表现和发病机制等方面进行综述.
