摘    要:以丙交酯单体为主要成分,在疏水性分散剂硅油中经悬浮聚合制备了聚丙交酯微球。该微球不仅能够缓慢降解,而且由于表面有活性基团一羟基,可以络合药物分子,可作为缓释药物的载体,如与磁性粒子复合,亦可作为靶向缓释药物的载体。

Abstract:A method was introduced to make a poly (L-lactide) particle from the monomer L - lactide as main component, in presence of initiator by suspersion polymerization. This production has property of slow degradabili-ty. Also, it has active group-hydroxyl, may be locked with medical molecule, used as carrier of control release medicine. And if being composed with magnetic particles, it may be used as carrier of target control release medicine.
