| 摘 要： | 基于项目的供应链管理是帮助通信设备企业解决问题的有效手段。企业应该在项目基础上进行内、外部的资源协调，并在有效的项目计划的驱动下完成信息流、物流、服务流在整个供应链上的同步传递，以提高通信设备企业的交付能力．增强供应链整体实力和竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Project-based supply chain management is an effective way to solve the problems faced by the telecommunications equipment enterprise.The enterprise should integrate and coordinate the internal and external resources based on project,and by the driving of project plan,the information flow,logistics flow and service flow should be transferred and synchronized during the whole supply chain in order to improve the tele-equipment enterprise's capability of delivery and to strengthen the integral competence and competitive superior of supply chain. |
