浅析精密压力表和真空压力表测量不确定度的评定

摘    要:以不同种类的精密压力表为实验对象,6个不同的压力示值范围内,在每个示值进行试验的情况下,对压力表的不确定度进行评估。得出结论:0.4等级的精密压力表和真空表是使用0.05级活塞式压力计可校准的最佳被校压力表。

Abstract:Different precision pressure gauges were taken as experimental subjects to go mrougn tests unaer o scopes of pressure indication values for the evaluation of the uncertainty. The results showed that the Class 0.4 precision pres- sure gauges and vacuum meters were the optimum adjustable devices which can be adjusted by the Class 0.05 piston gauge.
