摘    要:通过对某型号风机叶片真空系统布置的现状进行分析,提出了系列优化方案,并结合外界环境条件对各方案进行验证,掌握了不同温况下较为合理的真空系统布置工艺,并给出在推广中进一步优化的建议,对于企业降本增效、提升市场竞争力具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:Through analysis on the layout of a specific turbine blade's vacuum system, the author proposed a series of optimization schemes, which were verified under different external environments. As a result, a reasonable vacuum system suitable to different temperatures was discovered. Meanwhile, further optimization suggestions were proposed for its real application, aiming to help enterprises to reduce cost, increase benefit and enhance their market competitiveness.
