摘    要:水性涂料已在不同领域得到越来越广泛的应用,但存在成膜温度高,冬季难以成膜的问题。从水性漆成膜机理出发,探讨了乳液的合成及水性涂料配方对水性漆最低成膜温度的影响。重点讨论了乳液颗粒结构和成膜助剂对最低成膜温度的影响。

Abstract:Water-based coatings have been widely applied in various fields but the problems of higher film-forming temperature and disability of film-forming in winter still exist. From the perspective of the film-forming mechanism of water-based coatings, impacts of both emulsion synthesis and coating formula on the minimum film-forming temperature were studied. The emulsion particle structure and coalescing agents were discussed in details.
