浅谈真空灌注工艺成型条件及常见缺陷修复

摘    要:真空灌注工艺是玻璃钢成型的主流工艺,相比玻璃钢手糊成型工艺有很多优点。分析了两者的区别,对真空灌注工艺的成型条件进行了阐述,提出真空灌注工艺材料和工艺原因都可能导致出现不同的缺陷,而缺陷修复的方式也不相同。

Abstract:Vacuum infusion is the main process of FRP moulding. Compared with handing lay-up process, it has lots of advantages. The differences of the two processes were discussed in the paper. Besides, moulding conditions of vacuum infusion were described. It was concluded that different defects may arise due to material selection and the technique itself and the ways of repairing vary as well.
