对《全民科学素质行动计划的纲要》的几点认识

在贯彻落实《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》(以下简称《纲要》)中,如何进一步认识、推动、强化科普教育,是当前提升青少年科学素质的一个重要命题。就《纲要》的定义、理念,科普教育中科技实践活动的特点,必须把握的原则和科学评价,充分动员社会资源,明确教师责任以及提高教师自身素质等方面,进行客观梳理和深入研究,提出相应的实施性对策。

Discussion on Problems in Popular Science Education

According to the Outline of Civic Scientific Literacy Initiative （hereinafter referred to as the Outline）, how to further recognize, promote and strengthen the popular science education is a major theme in improving the current scientific literacy of the youths. From the perspectives of definitions and principles mentioned in the Outline, characteristics of science popularization education practices, principles and scientific evaluation that must be mas- tered, fully mobilization of social resources, defining of responsibilities of the teachers, and improving of the teachers＇ quality, the paper carried out a summarization and in-depth study, and put forward corresponding coun- termeasures.
