| 摘 要： | 钢结构住宅是目前我国重点推广的建设项目，是我国住宅工业化的发展方向。因其材料和结构形式的特点，钢结构住宅具有建筑功能分区的可变性强、房屋自重轻、抗震性能优越、生产自动化施工装配化程度高和造价低综合经济效益好等优点。但推广和应用钢结构住宅还需解决一系列的问题。

| Abstract: | Owing to its advantages such as the flexibility in the houses' various functioning, the outstanding performance in anti-seismic, the automaticity in production and construction, the low cost and the high profits, etc. the steel-structured house, as one of the in-process projects highly recommended in our country, speaks for the trend of the development of residency industrialization. However, there are problems to be solved. |
