大型双圆弧齿轮传动的优化设计

摘    要:为提高鞍钢第一初轧厂24″连轧机5000kW主减速器的承载能力、延长使用寿命,本文提出以先进的双圆弧齿轮代替单圆弧齿轮,并通过电子计算机对该双圆弧齿轮传动进行了优化设计。为鞍钢重大机械装备提供了切实可用的优化设计方案。

Abstract:In order to increase the load bearing capacity of the 5000kW main reducer of 24" continous rolling mill, a double circular arc gearing has been designed to replace the original single circular arc gearing. This paper proposes a optimum design program for the double circular arc gearing.The computing results show that the laod bearing capacity increases by 50% and the expected service life will increase by 3.5 times.
