铑钌双金属双配体催化剂制备氢化丁腈橡胶

摘    要:采用自制的新型铑钌双金属双配体催化剂对丁腈橡胶(NBR)进行溶液加氢,制得氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR).加氢度≥98%,产物无凝胶.实验表明,这种新型铑钌双金属双配体催化剂(Rh-Ru-T-Y), 不仅具有与铑钌双金属单配体催化剂(Rh-Ru-P)及单一铑催化剂(RhCl(PPh3)3)相同的催化活性和选择性,而且还具有良好的空气稳定性.

Abstract:Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) was prepared by using Rh Ru bimetallic biligand catalyst. Gel free products with a degree of hydrogenation over 98% were obtained. It is showed that the activity and selectivity of this new catalyst system are the same as those of Wilkinson catalyst. The solution of this catalyst exhibits high stability in air.
