| 摘 要： | 阐述8 m刨床存在的问题,液压油站污染严重,液压元件使用多年,灵敏度差,经常致使液压油站出现故障,影响机床的正常工作。提出了改进措施,油液污染问题得到解决,液压系统运行稳定,故障率下降。机床工作台导轨面静压油腔供油压力恢复正常,工作台浮起量达到要求,摩擦现象消除。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the problems of 8 m planing machine, hydraulic pressure station pollution is serious, hydraulic components used for years, poor sensitivity, often cause malfunctioning of the hydraulic station, affect the normal work of the machine tool. Put forward the improvement measures, the oil pollution problem is resolved, the hydraulic system running stable, decline failure rate. Machine table guide surface static pressure oil supply oil cavity pressure back to normal, workbench has met the requirement of the amount of float, eliminate friction phenomenon. |
