摘    要:目的 分析基于各类生物网络的复杂疾病致病基因预测算法,总结其优势及不足之处,提出改进思路及未来的研究方向。方法 深入分析当前基于网络的疾病基因预测算法原理,包括不同生物网络的构建、算法原理的基本假设、3个代表性算法及基于其发展出的最新方法。结果与结论 分析发现当前算法存在的3个不足并指出解决此不足的2种思路。

Abstract:Purposes-To review and analyze the available human disease gene prediction based on network methods, indicate the advantages and disadvantages and put forward the improvement way of thinking and the directions of future research.Methods-The principles of the available methods are analyzed in detail, including the construction of complex biological networks, the assumptions of these methods, and the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of three represented methods and other methods developed based on them.Results and Conclusions-Three disadvantages of the available method are indicated and two reasonable solutions are pointed out.
